I&M Bank Headquaters

This iconic building situated in the heart of Parklands and facing City Park is the new headquarters for I & M Bank.

The Building is designed to accommodate a bank with strong rooms, banking hall, cafeteria and small commercial outlets such as pharmacy at ground level and seven floors of office space above. The 8th floor areas are tastefully finished for use as entertainment for bank clients. The roof, which covers the entire building, is solar glass, producing power supplementing main supply from the utility company. The main facades of the building are curtain walling.

It has 4 basements to accommodate mechanical and electrical services in addition to over 400 parking bays.
